مجموعه شهابفرطوس فعالیت کوچک خود را در سال 1369 با تولید بوبین های ترانسفورماتور از مواد آکریلونیتریل بوتادین استایرن (ABS) برای فروشگاه ترانس شهاب ، یکی از خوشنام ترین تولید کنندگان ترانسفورماتور در شهر مشهد ، آغاز کرد. در سال 1370 اولین قرقره هایمپکت پلی استایرن (HIPS) با سایز 125 E برای اولین بار در کشور جهت بسته بندی و حمل سیم لاکی به تولید این مجموعه روانه بازار شد و از آن پس هیچ توقفی در رشد شهابفرطوس دیده نمیشود. این مجموعه همکنون برترین تولید کننده قرقره های سیم و کابل جهت مصارف سالنی و بسته بندی کشور بوده و با تنوع محصولات خود همواره یک تامین کننده قابل اعتماد و بسیار با کیفیت میباشد. در سال 1400 مجموعه شابفرطوس همراه با توسعه بخش های بازیافت پلاستیک در بخش مواد اولیه به توسعه خود ادامه داد و سیستم مدیریت کیفیت خود را با دیگاه بهبود مستمر و متمرکز بر کیفیت محصولات بازنگری نمود.
